When you host at The Rosemount Café, the space becomes an extension of your celebration. It’s intimate enough for meaningful moments, flexible enough for different setups, and welcoming in a way that instantly puts guests at ease. Here’s what we offer:
A Warm, Relaxed Ambiance: Our private event space seats up to 30 guests and gives you full access to our sound system and outdoor patio. Whether you’re playing music, hosting speeches, or running a presentation, the space adapts easily.
Flexible Catering Options: You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks, but we also offer in-house catering if you’d prefer everything taken care of. From freshly baked pastries and desserts to platters of sandwiches, croissants, salads, and sides, we can match the tone of your event with ease.
Convenient Location: You’ll find us at 46 Rosemount Avenue in Weston Village, just steps from the Weston GO Station and UP Express — an easy trip whether guests are coming from downtown or the Toronto Pearson Airport, with quick access from the 401 and Highway 400. Guests will find plenty of free street parking on Rosemount Avenue, plus a large paid lot right next door.

Event Details at a Glance
Capacity: Up to 30 guests (seated or standing)
Included with your booking:
- Basic use of the space (including our outdoor patio)
- Furniture setup
- Access to sound system
- One or two staff members onsite
Fees & Deposits:
- 50% deposit required upon booking confirmation
- $500 refundable damage deposit
- $75 refundable cleaning deposit
- $50 processing fee
- Liquor license fee ($50, if applicable)
- Corkage fee ($50 flat rate, if applicable)
Rates for renting our event space:
- $200/hr from 8am–5pm (4-hour minimum)
- $150/hr from 5pm–11pm (no minimum)
- 15% discount for 8+ hour bookings
Alcohol: Outside alcohol is allowed with the purchase of a liquor license. Wine or spirits brought in require a $50 corkage fee. No corkage fee for single-serve bottled or canned drinks.
How to Book Our Event Space
Booking is simple:
- Fill out the form on our events page.
- Select your preferred date (at least 7 days in advance so we can prepare the space).
- We’ll contact you to confirm details, collect your deposit, and finalize your booking.
Payment can be made by credit card or Interac e-transfer. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.
We recommend booking 14 days in advance for the best availability. However, last-minute bookings may still be possible, just reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
