3. Place Your Order
Submit your catering request online or give us a call.
4. We Prepare with Care
Our team gets to work baking, assembling, and packaging everything fresh on the day of your event.
5. Pickup or Delivery
Choose the option that works best for you. We’ll have your order ready for pickup, or we can deliver it directly to your location (delivery fees may apply).
6. Enjoy & Share
Unpack, serve, and enjoy knowing your guests are being treated to quality food made with love.
How to pay
Secure Your Order
To confirm your catering reservation, full payment is required once order is confirmed.

We accept payment via e-transfer to: therosemountcafe@gmail.com
Confirmation
Once your payment is received, we'll send a confirmation email with your order details and scheduled pickup or delivery information.

How early should you order?
We recommend placing your order at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability. Last-minute requests may be possible—contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do you need utensils or flatware with your order?
Cutlery, plates, cups (except with coffee orders), and napkins are not included. If you would like us to provide these items, please let us know in advance—additional charges will apply.

Is there a minimum order for catering?
There’s no minimum for pick-up catering orders. For delivery, a minimum spend does apply, please contact us and we’ll be happy to go over the details with you.
What is coffee catering?
Coffee catering means we bring our cafe experience to your event! Whether you’re planning a business meeting, morning gathering, or private party, we offer freshly brewed coffee, tea, and specialty drinks as part of your event catering package. Cups, condiments, and service materials are included, it’s ideal for everything from breakfast catering in Toronto to staff appreciation days.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Toronto, including York, Etobicoke, and North York. If you’re elsewhere in the GTA, just reach out — we’re happy to see if we can accommodate your location.
Do you provide special event catering?
Yes! We offer custom catering for events of all kinds, including: business catering and office meetings, birthday parties and private gatherings, morning and brunch events, workshops, showers, and more. Our catering menu includes baked goods, coffee, breakfast platters, and even light lunch options like sandwiches, perfect for casual or upscale event catering needs.
When is the deadline to place an order?
We kindly ask that all catering orders be placed at least 3 days advance to ensure availability and proper preparation. For larger events or custom menus, additional notice may be required. If you have a last-minute request, feel free to contact us, we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
Are you an allergen-free facility?
No, we are not an allergen-free or nut-free facility. If you or your guests have severe allergies, please let us know when placing your order so we can advise accordingly.
Can I pick up my catering order instead of getting delivery?
Yes! Pickup is available at our cafe in York. Just let us know your preference when placing the order and we’ll coordinate the timing with you.
Can I cancel my catering order?
Yes, you can cancel your catering order up to 7 days before the event for a full deposit refund.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept e-transfers, cheques, cash, and all major credit cards.
Do you offer event space with catering?
Yes! The Rosemount Cafe features a cozy event space perfect for small gatherings such as birthdays, team brunches, and private workshops. Catering is available whether you book the event space or not. Just share your group size with us, and we’ll help you plan the ideal setup and menu.
